Verified Renter Very well maintained facilities and polite staff. We are extending our stay here. The location is also great but sometime i hope they had a grocery store around here
Verified Renter The elevator closest to my apartment has been broken for almost 2 weeks. Hallways sometimes smells musty and like trash. Work orders are not attended to in a timely fashion. I have been here almost 2 weeks and my automatic entry still does not work despite me giving them the leasing agents my toll tag info.
Verified Renter The Grand is awesome and a beautiful well kept property, the only thing I would change is the trash pick-up trash is not picked up from your apartment you have to walk a petty long ways to dispose of your trash.
Verified Renter Joe has been very helpful with all my questions. I just moved in, and haven’t ventured out yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing the entire property. My apartment is very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. I’m sure I will love calling this home.

Verified Renter I just moved here but I’m beginning to feel warm at the place and enjoy the view and people around me. The community is really great, I really want to make an effort to be involved in the community more. My friends, pets and family love the place also
Verified Renter The fitness classes and Pools have been a great opportunity to meet others at The Grand. It’s a very safe community and excellent for pet owners. excellent restaurants and shops.
