Verified Renter Still here after 8 years. Still a premium place to live. Office staff unfailingly helpful, friendly, efficient. Maintenance staff on time, fix it the first time, always professional. Physical plant is kept in top notch condition at all times. The neighborhood is thriving, full of great restaurants, great retail venues, close to the tollway for quick access to anywhere else. All dogs may go to heaven, but before that they would rather be here.
Verified Renter Location is unbeatable. Overall the complex is kept up well and issues in the general areas are addressed efficiently. Communication from management is frequent and relevant.

Verified Renter The elevator closest to my apartment has been broken for almost 2 weeks. Hallways sometimes smells musty and like trash. Work orders are not attended to in a timely fashion. I have been here almost 2 weeks and my automatic entry still does not work despite me giving them the leasing agents my toll tag info.
Verified Renter The Grand is awesome and a beautiful well kept property, the only thing I would change is the trash pick-up trash is not picked up from your apartment you have to walk a petty long ways to dispose of your trash.
Verified Renter Joe has been very helpful with all my questions. I just moved in, and haven’t ventured out yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing the entire property. My apartment is very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. I’m sure I will love calling this home.
