Verified Renter The Grand at Legacy West is the finest luxury apartment community in the area. From the beautifully landscaped campus, to popular amenities too numerous to count, to the talented and responsive maintenance team, to the really nice leasing agents and management personnel. The Grand has it all. I knew from the moment I took the tour that The Grand was going to be my new home.

Verified Renter The Grand is a very comfortable apartment to live in. I highly recommend it to everyone. Especially, the shared facilities and the surrounding environment are great. I’m looking forward to swimming in the pool this summer.

Verified Renter My washing machine leaked the first day I moved in here when I tried to run my first load of Laundry…. I moved in and turned on the machine to run one cycle. I left the apt for an hour and when I came back I see a HUGE pile of water that has now also seeped into my bedroom…

Verified Renter So far, so good My only issue is the mailroom-no lockers, which means packages are hard to locate and many times missing Lockers would be helpful

Verified Renter Love the area and amenities the complex has to offer. The convience of going downstairs and getting to-go food, shopping, and grab Starbucks is the best of the best!

Verified Renter Good apartment with nice facility’s, could do with updating but overall very nice. Good gym and pools and location and dog friendly. Wish they would update apartments and kitchens for longer residents
