Verified Renter The cost of living is decent compared with what you get for living here. The gym, pool, location are not bad for Plano, TX. It was a challenge working with the leasing team. It took almost 3 months to get a lease signed as they are short staffed.
Verified Renter The apartment is very nice with updated appliances. The complex has lots of amenities, like pools, gyms, a courtyard, a lounge, and parking garages. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
Verified Renter So far, I love everything about the grand. It’s the safest apartment complex of ever stayed. I love being close to the shopping stores and restaurants. I love hanging out at the roof top after work. I enjoyed the walking trail as well, and all the other amenities. However, there’s a little bit of inconvenience with the gate breaking down. If it wasn’t for the person behind me, who has his toll tag connected to the gate system I would not have been able to pass through the gate and park my car.
Verified Renter I really like living at The Grand. The apartment is just right for the needs of my wife and I, and the pools and gyms are fantastic. Love the social events that are organized, and the team that works here are always prompt to sort out queries and fix things.

Verified Renter Staff is very nice and helpful. location and apartments are high quality. No issues since moving in and happy with the decision. Only issue is spectrum is the only internet option.

Verified Renter The Grand at Legacy West feels like living at a luxury resort. I feel like I'm on vacation everyday. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing. Plus there are luxury shops and restaurants right when I step out my door. It's the perfect place to live.

The amenities are definitely a highlight—modern, well-maintained, and convenient, which adds a lot of value to daily living. The location is also great, with easy access to shops and restaurants.
