I enjoy all the community events and love seeing the beautiful holiday lights throughout the property. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is so well maintained. Verified Renter The Grand at Legacy West has many positives. The amenities are well maintained, apartment interiors are nice. Pools & gyms are a great feature. The community is in a vibrant neighborhood w/ shops & restaurants just below the apartments, making it a trendy area that attracts visitors on weekends even if they don’t live here. Verified Renter The staff is friendly and welcoming. The amenities are one of their biggest selling points. The units are maintained well and have great views. And safety is a huge priority of the management team. Great place, in many ways!
Verified Renter Great location but maintenance takes a long time to respond to requests, elevator is always broken, neighbors let their dogs walk without a leash and allows them to swim inside the pool. Not to mention dogs are not maintained and are owners leave their dogs waste on neighbors doorsteps. Mailing room is almost never maintained as well and packages get lost
Verified Renter Place has detiorated a lot. The parking area has garbage lying around, the elevator is always down. The front office people are rude. It's sad as this used to be a fun place to live.
