Every apartment complex I have lived in has areas that they can improve in. My biggest issue is the noise between the floor above me and my unit. Verified Renter I’ve never seen the landscaping look more beautiful, and I’m coming up on 7 years of residency. The Grand is a quiet, peaceful place to live with amenities to suit all ages. I recommend The Grand wholeheartedly.
Verified Renter Although rent is high, you get a lot more amenities here than at similar priced rentals. Three pools, two gyms, workout classes, and very active community events are hard to beat. Maintenance and the leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the area and how safe it is, all the activity, and great walking options. Verified Renter Apartments are very luxuriously appointed. Amenities abound with multiple pools, gym, wellness area, pet spa and exercise area, resident lounge and furnished courtyard. There is restricted access covered parking. The apartments are quiet and the facility is nonsmoking. Staff are very attentive and responsive, and the maintenance staff are excellent with rapid response and first-visit resolution of problems.
Verified Renter I just moved in and I am absolutely loving my new apartment!!!!! Everything is so close and the amenities are amazing! I literally get a coffee every morning and cava every night!
