Verified Renter The location is great. In the middle of the shops and malls. Great Location! Not as noisy as you would expect but this depends on the location of your apartment. Friendly Staff. Facilities are great. I wish the staff was more responsive though.

Like the new Community Library located in the building 1 mailroom. Like the renovations recently made to the open-air courtyard. There’s no doubt about it, management cares about the quality of our lives here at The Grand.
