Verified Renter The leasing office and maintenance are very helpful and ready to jump in. The Grand is in a great location for entertainment, going on walks, and grabbing food. I've lived here 3 years and rent continues to steeply increase each rent renewal. For the high rent prices, I would expect the amenities to be of better standard: consistently dirty pools with scum, squeaky treadmills, empty sanitizing wipe stations in gyms, and equipment that doesn't fully work (Mirror and Peloton). Verified Renter Great location and great amenities. Staff is very kind and helpful. False fire alarms from the restaurants can get pretty annoying. Gym is really nice to have but some equipment could use a refreshing. Overall good experience in the few months I’ve been here.

The maintenance staff consistently exceed expectations. Maintenance of the facility is ongoing daily, continuing the high standards set when the building was constructed. Amenities abound; your dog would love it here. It's just a great place to live.
