I walked into good feet store healthy no pain in my feet about a month ago and after a few weeks I am now in pain with swelling in my right foot heal due to poor fitting practices. I was told to wear a more fitted shoe and the salesperson measured my feet ( which your also supposed to measure the arch) and fitted me with a half size smaller shoe than I normally wear. When asked this person stated to me that wearing a fitted shoe is important, The only reason why I trusted his opinion was it looked like a legit store with the... read more

I purchased two pairs of arch supports from the Good Feet Store, and I have been very impressed with their performance. My foot pain went completely away. Money well spent. After wearing the starter set for several months, I returned and bought the thinner set for dress shoes. I am very satisfied.

My wife purchased two pairs of inserts and a total cost of $1,000 and didn’t work. We want to a Foot Specialist and mentioned that a lot of her patients went to the Good Feet Store and had problems with their insoles. The doctor mentioned to take them back to get a refund. I called the store we’re I purchased them and spoke to Manager and he said they don’t give refunds. I told him I can purchased something at Walmart and get a refund and I cannot at a Good Feet Store. I find this a corrupt way of doing business

I feel lucky that I did not purchase their products. When I entered the store, the associate guided me to a chair. She immediately took out a square thing and said she was going to measure my foot. There was no introduction, no talk about the product, and she wouldn't answer any questions about cost. Literally, the associate wouldn't talk about anything and provided me no education.Another potential customer came in, and she guided them to another chair. From then on, the associate kept running back and forth between us. Ulti... read more

Business response:

Hello Mary, We’re sorry to hear that you were discouraged by our pricing. It appears you were quoted on our 3-Step System, which includes three pairs of personally fit arch supports. However, many of our customers experience great benefits from just a single pair at a much lower cost. If you are able to come back into the store, we’d love the opportunity to show you other options and find a solution for your pain. - All of us at The Good Feet Store
In Jan. 2022, desperate to avoid foot surgery, I fell for ** store's empty promises ,saying they could help . They talked me into $1200. worth of plastic and foam insoles that didn' t help a lick. I did go back a few times for "adjustments". I had surgery end of Jan. and eventually went back to their store asking for refund which of course they didn't go for. Their "no returns" is in small letters on the receipt that I saw too late. After a few trips back they only offered store credit minus $300. for the foam insoles they w... read more

My experience at the good feet store felt like I was taken advantage of because of the pain I was in I was told the insoles would help. The sales lady told me it would take a while for my feet to adjust to the insoles but I have been wearing them for almost a month and am still having pain. I wish now I could have waited and seen a podiatrist so I could actually have insoles made to fit "my" feet. Now I am stuck with insoles that I overpaid for and that will probably now sit in my closet. The sales lady also said the insoles... read more

ABSOLUTE SCAM. They LIE about what you will buy, one pair of insoles for around $400 then while your there, they sneak you into buying FOUR pairs of insoles and ring you up for around $1700. THEY DO NOT LIST THEIR NON-REFUND POLICY ANYWHERE. Every single pair of insoles I received were USED with scratches, glue residue, and tears. Psychological tricks are used in store to get you to buy. If you want to return either they wont allow or they will charge a $200 restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They scam you down the road a... read more
