I would not recommend this store if you have foot problems that require skilled intervention. Their so-called "system" is merely a high-priced one-size-fits-all approach. You learn too late that refunds do not apply. Costs can reach $5,000 by the time your visit is complete. They focus on their "lifetime warranty" but when you cannot use their product, this becomes irrelevant. Buyer beware as the salesperson is highly effective and is skilled at garnering trust, but this is part of their MO.

We have reached out to this customer and reached a satisfactory resolution for both parties.
We went to Good feet store in Jacksonville, FL on 2/1/2022. Due to my boyfriend's unbearable flat feet pain. After consulting with the sales, we decided to give it a try. At that time, they only mentioned the lifetime warranty. However, no one even said a word about the final sale. It did not work for him. His heel started hurting, and the flat part did not feel relief. Therefore, we went back to the store for adjustment twice, still not working. We wanted to return it and talked to the store manager. He claimed there was ne... read more

I have plan plantar fasciitis. I have had foot pain for several months and this has been getting worse. I went to the Good Feet Store near me in Oklahoma City and was fit with a pair of shoe inserts. Even though they were initially uncomfortable the salesman assure me that if I followed the wearing schedule that the discomfort would end in a few days. By the end of the third day the pain was so bad that I could barely walk. I contacted the store about this and either getting a replacement arch support or a refund. I was told... read more

I went to the Good Feet Store in Creve Coeur, Missouri on August 8, 2021. I work long hours on my feet and was having knee pain because of it, which is the reason I went to the Good Feet Store. After spending time in the store and getting fitted for the proper arch supports, I purchased L3040 Strengthener Arch Support, L3050 Clear Flex Maintainer and 3 packs of L3510 Overlay Cushions with a lifetime service plan all of which was recommended which was in the amount of $1,124.63. I followed all the directions for the inserts a... read more

On February 12, 2022 I went back in to the store and received a refund of $841.63 which is $301.47 less then what I originally paid. I dont agree with being charged $149.38 for a restocking fee. I also think they should refund me for at least 2 of the L351 overlay cushions since I didn't use them. In my opinion I should receive a full refund since their product was unsatisfactory.
I went to the store in Jacksonville, Fl and immediately felt like I was on a used car lot. Fast talking aggressive and pompous salesman approached me. I would have left but a friend told me she thought it would help the pain I was having in my heels, so I stayed. When I questioned his assessment of my size, he told me not to take it personally. I don’t think I take a salesperson’s assessment personally at 8o years of age. That was December 07 th, 6 weeks ago and I have never heard back from anyone. I find this inserts to be ... read more

My 82 year old Mom went to the good feet store to buy 1 pair of the orthotic inserts but they convinced her that her life would be better if she bought $1100 of their products. She has severe COPD and can't walk the length of the driveway without being severely winded. I tried to return all the items she didn't need explaining she would never be able to use them which would have been very apparent to salesperson. They immediately went on the defensive, suggesting I did not care for my mother because I didnt want her to use t... read more
The Goodfeet store did not tell my husband or me that the insoles he was inquiring about would cost $2500.00!!!! Recently unemployed and me (wife) on disability, there was NO WAY we could afford this! Probably as much if not more than the lousy sales tactics and gotcha customer service was the fact that when I called to talk to them about it they were incredibly rude and arrogant, as if we must be stupid.

Went into the lees summit mo location to purchase insoles and decided I didn’t want them because they hurt my feet so I went to return 3 days after purchase, didn’t wear them at all and they informed me they don’t do refunds. I spent almost $700 dollars for these things and they won’t return them. That’s a lot of money to be out of pocket for something I’m not going to use. They told me money back guarantee and that if they didn’t work out to bring them back. They don’t inform their customers that they are non refundable whi... read more

On January 16 2021 I visited the store with my son to use our coupon to receive the cushion insert replacement and we needed a new insert as his was flat and cracked. Both my husband and son buy their inserts there with and they both have purchased a life time service plan. These inserts do help my son. While Randy T****** came out and went to the back room to get the cushion insole overlay and the insert he said that I owed for the three pack of cushion replacement. I said I had a coupon and he told me it was just for one. ... read more
