Don't do it! Don't give them your money. They want you to buy three inserts at least $300.00 a piece. If you have any kind of insurance go to a podiatrist for crying out loud and get set of insoles for free. Or don't take my word for it and call a podiatrist and ask them for their opinion of The Good Feet Store. If you decide to go you only need the clear plastic inserts. The flesh tone are unbearable and the brown aren't necessary.,

I have had plantar fasciitis pain and severe leg pain since trying this place. Went in 2 additional times and the manager switched out some of my stuff. The second time I tried the strengtheners, the same leg pain came back after just 1 hour of use. This was narcotic level pain that disrupted my sleep for weeks. My problems MULTIPLIED from this stuff. I have been in PT for weeks. I am a recent cancer survivor so this is NOT what I need. They refused to refund my money. Basically I go to 2 additional clinics because of this. ... read more

I went in to get some good insoles for my new shoes, to start my knew job, because I knew that I'd be on my feet a lot. The shoes I bought were identical to the last pair I'd owned, and with a good set of insoles, they were the most comfortable I'd ever owned, so I knew they'd work fine, even with my 8-10 hours of walking. The salesman tried to get me to purchase some incredibly expensive products, but having a clear idea of what I wanted, and what I needed, I turned him down. In desperation, he sold me a pair of orthotic ar... read more

My husband went in and did the financing. He then decided he didn't want to do it. He had not received anything as of the time he told he the guy to keep the down payment and just cancel the order and contract. The guy said sorry no refunds then went and put all the stuff in a bag and gave it to my husband. He said either way if he left them at the store or took them, he was still getting charged for them. He was very rude and pushy. Already contacted the company but, have not heard back yet. This store is the biggest joke t... read more

Horrible group of people. Michael in the sun prarie location (wouldn't be surprised if they used fake names) told me when I asked about refunds he said "Yes, if you're ever unsatisfied, you are welcome to come and exchange your inserts". Little did I know it was strictly for store credit. He also told me he was giving me the stupid socks they sell for free, then on the billing statement it shows up as some stupid amount. On top of it all, the things don't even work. Absolute sham of a company, cult-like workers, all with the... read more

I went to the Good Feet Store. It was busy with some returned customers getting new product.I would suggest to anyone going their to sleep on it before you buy it. Sleep on it before you spend all that money. The sales staff are savvy -- it's masked pressure sales to people who are in pain. I got sucked in and spent WAAAY too much money. My fault that I jumped on purchasing their product without considering the cost. The fact there are NO RETURNS should have been my first clue. Could have spent it better on physical therapy ... read more

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They prey on people who are have serious medical conditions and who are desperate for foot pain relief. The sales people are trained by management to use slimy sales tactics to get people to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on their cheap plastic overpriced products.I have a very bad case of plantar fasciitis. They sold me $2,100 of non customized very aggressive plastic shoe inserts that MADE MY PAIN WORSE! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
