I visited them 7/22/21 for some help for my feet. They started off kindly and said that if things don't go well, I can get a refund despite their no refund policy. I agreed on the premise that I can try them and can return them. After one week, I returned hoping to take him on his refund deal with me. He told me that he won't because 1 week isn't long enough and that he is now enforcing the "no refund policy". He flat out lied and scammed me. I want my refund.
Complete waste of money and time. They will take your hard earned money, and not resolve your issues. They let you know that there are no refunds right up front, which should be a red flag. I came into the store to resolve a plantar fasciitis issue. I came in for an evaluation, they make you walk on a sheet of paper to get your foot print if you will. Walking in the front door, I was met by a salesman. Without explaining what Good Feet is all about, he had me stand on carbon paper and then he disappeared into the backroom of the store. He returned with three inserts; foam, velcro tabs and a pair of sneakers. He was talking so fast it was hard to process what he was saying.
