Total snake oil scam - preying on peoples pain to sell a product that is not doctor recommended. The no refunds policy is a big red flag, especially after you find out how much their insoles will cost you. I was quoted about $3K and then the guy gradually reduced the package to one set of insoles that I bought for $150, which was my weakness. I felt bad for him. Unfortunately, the insoles didnt work with any of my shoes. While trying them on, they made my feet hurt worse, so there was no way I was paying $3K for them. Later,... read more

These arch supports are sold to stop plantar fasciitis pain if you follow the 3 step program. They are just salesmen acting as if they have medical knowledge of foot structure. After 6 weeks of the 3step program the pain was worse I went to podiatrists and found out that the $1900.00 was a waste of money. This place steals from patients and promises things they cant deliver

I purchased these inserts in June 2019. Worst mistake I ever made. These inserts hurt my feet so bad I missed several days of work. Due to lost pay I got behind in payments and still owe over $2000 on these inserts. Do not buy!

I bought these inserts at the expense of my mothers credit since we financed them under her name. I wore them and they did nothing but cause me immense pain. Worse than wearing just normal insoles did for me. I tried to return them but the sales clerk said it was no refunds. EVEN THOUGH HE SAID I COULD RETURN THEM WHEN HE WAS SELLING ME THEM. I don't want them but I also don't want to pay the money when I am getting pain from the product. I used them roughly a week total 7 days in a span of 3 weeks. I have a odd work schedul... read more

This was the Good feet store in ********* *********.
I visited “The Good Feet Store” in Overland Park across from the park mall area. I had a bad feeling from the very beginning as the sales person was way too slick & high pressure for me. He would not give me a price, but wanted to go through his entire sales pitch which was at least 30 minutes before I insisted on him telling me what the cost was. He did not tell me willing, but finally did. He wanted to sell me three or four inserts that we were like $400 a piece! Total cost of the system he wanted to sell was $2100! I abou... read more

A misrepresented, and deceptive return policy, close to non disclosure. Defective product that only caused me additional injury and discomfort.
