Went to Good feet store in Brookfield wi, worked with Lucio. Nice sales guy. As he went on selling me the 4 step program, he went over veey fast. I was very so confused and wanted to ask questions, but he kept talking. Then showed me only 2 price point., 4step option and 3 step option. I then asked if I could by just one orthotic, but he said it is "highly" recommended to buy the entire 3 or 4 step option. He didn't give me a chance or offer to show me single price points, so at that point I was feeling very pressured, rushe... read more

Hi ********,Im sorry that our team did not follow through with you as they had promised. Any time someone has a disappointing experience at our stores, its equally as disappointing for us. Please accept my apology on behalf of The Good Feet Store. I will reach out to ***** to find out why it has taken so long to respond to you. I'll have him reach out to you within the next 48 hours. -Good *********************
I bought them and after wearing them for 4 months, I realized that my feet felt worse. Good Feet uses the same style whether your foot leans to the inside or outside. I also noticed that the heel of the orthotic was too narrow for me. I bought another orthotic at 1/10 the price and although not a cure was much better.
Elderly mother purchased the inserts in the amount 1500.00, they caused her more pain and didn’t work and then went to see an orthopedic surgeon. The dr. Said she shouldn’t use the inserts anymore or even after she is done having surgery. Tried to return inserts as it was only three weeks since we purchased. All sales are final , even if product doesn’t work or dr says not to use. The dr actually said the good feet store is nothing but a scam. How unfortunate she has to pay monthly on care credit for a year for something she... read more

Ugh, the wife was in pain from being on their feet for work, desperate for relief we spent $1000 for a couple of insoles and two arch supports that are not custom which can be purchased elsewhere for less than $100. Their high pressure sales tactics are predatory, and we fell victim, hopefully this helps someone avoid our costly mistake.
I brought my daughter here to help her with her feet and back pain, hoping for some relief. The manager was very helpful and attentive. I was in extreme pain due to a medical issue and she saw us quickly. Unfortunately, these products didn't help my daughter's feet or back after wearing them for two weeks. We were unable to get a refund or return the products and now I'm stuck with an astronomical price of $2300. Sabrina helped get me set up with Care Credit to offset the cost and she was a great salesperson but we just don'... read more

Was not given the correct information regarding the cost of the arch supports. When the representative talked to us about the arch supports WE never heard the 3 pack was $475 a piece. I payed over $4,000 for a product we can't use. Have never been to any reputable business that didn't give money back if dissatisfied with their products.
I lost one of my arch supports and I called Good Feet Store to order a replacement. I was told it would cost $500.00 and they couldn't replace just the one. I have to buy a whole new set. I spent a lot of money for these supports and I don't understand the reasoning behind not selling just one. This is ridiculous and I'm very disappointed, and now I will have to do without because of the cost. Extremely disappointed is all I can say.
