Don't waste your money on The Good Feet store!! I honestly don't know how they get away with selling the $5 insoles for thousands & thousands of dollars. One of the biggest scams I have seen. Not only do they rip you off, all they care about is the almighty dollar. They don't care about you, just your money.

Please please pay attention. My salesman NEVER mentioned I could buy just one insole. He convinced me it was a 3 step program I needed to follow for it to be effective. I spent the money. Fast forward I wore the insoles as recommended for 4 days. The fifth day I had a couple of hours to play pickle ball and was wearing the “maintainers” and rolled my ankle. I’ve played for years and have never been injured….it’s pickle ball. I was never told not to resume my normal activities and even told my salesman I was very active. I’ve... read more

Yes, this is a scam. Buy your insoles from Amazon or somewhere else. You are paying over $1,000 for a few pieces of plastic. They tell you that it's a 'lifetime' of insoles, that you just have to come back in to get new ones. Except they want another even more money for the replacements! You can tell they are way overcharging just from the number of ads you see. To pay for that kind of marketing, you have to have HUGE overhead. Pay someone else's overhead, you'll be happier.

Good feet is a SCAM! You are paying $1800 for four pair of over the counter insoles that cost $40 each. Buy some on Amazon and save yourself a lot of money. They claim they can help anything but they have no training in anything but selling the product. They have no real knowledge about feet. They use old fashioned ink and paper step imprints and then do nothing with them. They dont even use newer scanning technology. They prey on people who are so desperate for foot pain relief they will do anything. Completely unethical co... read more

*********,Were sorry to hear that you were discouraged by the pricing of our arch supports. While other options may seem less expensive initially, many off-the-shelf products are based on short-term comfort rather than a long-term solution. Our customers find that it pays to invest in a quality product with a lifetime limited warranty. We wish you the best in finding a solution for your pain and hope that youll consider Good Feet arch supports again in the future.- All of us at The Good Feet Store

I am 57 years old and have very recently experienced Plantar Fasciitis. I went into Good Feet store thinking of custom fitting arch supports/orthopedic shoes. The salesman quickly began taking an image of my feet and went back into the stockroom for about 15 minutes and came back with pre-manufactured inserts. Salesman fast-talked into a sale by speaking the price at a very fast pace that was hard to understand. I did not accept the initial $2200+ price. Salesman was persistent in applying pressure to make the sale. In the d... read more

STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!!The ***** store is manned by slick, unscrupulous people. They have the deceptiveness down to a science.I can't believe they are accredited by BBB! I gave them one star because I can't give a negative five (-5).After quickly making you question your podiatrist they will try to get you to pay $450 for your special insoles and another $250 for shoes. The shoes were not all that special. Just basic made in China shoes.Their very high pressure makes you feel so stupid if you question their vast 'expertise'. Af... read more
