As I only had silver pieces that I was willing to pay to have altered, they weren't in the slightest bit interested!! Not everyone wears gold!!
I popped into The Gold Mine today to see if they had a sprung pin to mend my son's watch. The gentleman took the watch to check the size of the pin. I told him my partner could fit it I just needed the pin. Within a few minutes he came back with a perfectly mended watch and charged me absolutely nothing!!! He just requested a couple of pounds for the Barnados tin. Such amazing service that you don't come by with larger chain stores. I cannot recommend enough

Fantastic service, resized my engagement ring 3 times cheaper than any high street shop, done within an hour and shined my wedding ring up too so they looked beautiful together! Friendly, fast and fantastic! Highly recommend. Thankyou very much. Update: used again recently and had my daughters chain cleaned. Fantastic advise given, again friendly helpful and went above and beyond for me. Didn't charge me as been ripped off else where. Can't thank the lovely man enough for his service.
