Went to the store in Lord Sreet to enquiry about getting my ring resized it was sent to Eugene who done a great job all the staff were friendly and helpful and kept me up to date and when it was ready to collect with phone call to collect it very happy would recommend and if ever need repair done for other jewellery or future purchases i know where to go back to.

Bought a 2 carat engagement ring today. Amazing service, very personable with care and attention allowing us to find the right ring. We had been to diamond heaven beforehand and the difference in the level of service was staggering.

I went it get a repair on a necklace I have had since I was 18 years old, so quite a few years old necklace. The gentleman who repaired it Eugene, did a fabulous job and the necklace is repaired and looking clean and shiny. Thank you to all the friendly staff and Eugene for a job well done.

I bought a few earrings and when I got home I realised the white was not pure white. So next day I went there to change for another color and get a few extra. The men said that they are not allowed to change any earrings (even though the day before no one told me that). Its ridiculous that they would treat costumers like that. I felt disapointed and sad as I really wanted to get more items but there is no way I would support a store that treats me like that.
