Bought a TV from here today, they do NOT give any form of protection. The worker who served me seemed incredibly reluctant to talk to me and when I purchased it I was given it in two bin bags pulled together! The zero protection they offered caused it to break and they are NOT doing anything about it. Bad day

I cannot speak highly or thank staff member Jo enough. I had an old gold chain of my Grandpa's which was terribly knotted (and too small for me). She was so patient and helpful and managed to unknot it for me. Then I exchanged this one for a larger one which fitted. So now I can wear my late Grandpa's St Christopher pendant thanks to her! Also my middle daughter bought a silver chain too which I was more than happy with due to it being a cute necklace and the great service we received overall. Tom
