Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Rarely answer the phone. Running 10 mins late for an appointment (as the car park machine was faulty) - didn’t answer the phone and then charged me for full 45 min appointment. Grumpy and off hand attitude from the staff a running theme. Wouldn’t recommend using - better service elsewhere.
I came here for the first time today and have already booked my next appointment. It was so lovely in here. The staff are all friendly and offered me drinks. The salon was also clean and gorgeous. I have to recommend Lily. I came in with such damaged nails where all previous biab nails had come off or been ripped off. Despite all this Lily was gentle with my nails and did everything to make them look beautiful again. You wouldn't have known they were bad before and I'm obsessed with my new set!
