Very disappointed in the customer service here. I called to book an appointment for a special occasion for myself and my grandma. Upon arriving for our appointment they said that they had no booking for us and no space. I showed them the call time and date and they confirmed it was them I had called and booked with but still no record of our booking. I asked to speak with the person who had taken our call but they said they had no idea who it was and that there is no receptionist or booking person - anyone answers the phone.... read more
