Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely well maintained gardens, excellent service and they cater really well for vegans.
This is a hotel restaurant not a pub, therefore the food quality is much better
The staff at the hotel are fantastic and go more than the extra mile (thank you Alex). The location and accommodation is great and everything is very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. I would recommend a stay here.
Attended a big family lunch here, we were very well looked after, great catering team. Wonderful grounds and common rooms for toddlers to roam in. The food was not exactly fine dining but standard fare for most. Unfortunately the vegetarian selection was limited, the nut roast was very dry and tasted suspiciously like Paxo sage and onion stuffing. Sadly no roast potatoes, just boiled and chips for all.
