For days now my bathroom fan has been leaking because of the idiot crew thats replacing roofing and siding and the office only has to say they put in a work order. You guys are by far the worst managment ever. Work order my ass...you guys are only concerned about making the outside look nice. That doesn't help anything. You are all worthless
Kimberly Village has been my home for 6 years...management has recently changed and it's turned into a terrible place to live. I am being forced to move from my home of 6 years. Nothing and I mean nothing has been done to fix problems in the apt busted pipes, leaks, minor wear and tear problems they refuse to remedy.
