Lived here for almost four years in two of the apartments and one of the townhouses. The apartments are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Our family has been here for years. We have been here through all the renovations, new managers, name change, and new owners. They really have improved. we look forward to staying in the renovated unit and we're glad to be a part of a community-based complex for another year. Compared to other apartments nearby the girard at cherry hills has lot to offer residents. Watch out! There is no visitor parking in lot. Your company has to park a block away on the other side of the park located on Floyd street or run the risk of their buddies at Alpine Auto Recovery to come like a thief in the night not in the day time to tow your car. It cost over 300.00 to get your car back. No need in calling management company they don't care. Good luck here. Thank God lease is almost up. This place sucks!!!!
