The management and staff especially maintenace crew of Joe and Enrique. They are professional and always friendly! They are a pleasure to be around! The management is friendly and always try to do their best with whatever the problem seems to be.. I don't know much about apartment living, but I have heard horror stories about other places. I would give the Girard 5 stars...
I’ve lived here 4 years now and LOVE it.
The newly remodeled units are beautiful! The new appliances really give the apartment the feeling of a true, comfortable home.

The Girard at Cherry Hills apartment homes offer a great community. As a new and growing family living here we have had a safe and enjoyable experience. The swimming pool and grilling area is our favorite part, we look forward to the addition of the excersize area! For a worrisome mom, this community is safe for small children. The grass areas and apartment entrances are raised and separated from the parking lot which allows for relaxed playtime. The matience crew is phenomenal and very trusted.
