I have lived at The Girard at Cherry Hills for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, management listens to resident concerns and handles situations appropriately, and maintenance gets things done in a timely manner if necessary. In addition, the renovations and amenities are very nice. I won’t be moving anytime soon! �

I've lived here 6 months and couldn't be happier. I love how nice the property looks; roses bloom throughout the summer in front of our apartments, the houses are well taken care of, and there has been a lot of updating. We've had our sidewalks repaired and a new grilling area put in near the pool. The property management guy comes around and cleans up trash from the parking lots. It's nice to live in such a nice unit and community.

I have enjoyed living here at the girard at cherry hills apartments. The unit is very nice and updated. The maintenance staff has been helpful when we have had any issues. The leasing staff is friendly and willing to help when we ask questions. Even though I have not been to one, I think it is awesome that they put on events in the clubhouse so the community can come together and get to know each other. Girard at Cherry Hills has been great to us. The staff is super friendly, we had a heater go out a few weeks ago. I contacted the front office and we had it fixed before I even got home. The location here is amazing plus for the price this place is awesome. We had covered parking spaces and they have been great. I would recommend staying here in their newest renovated apartments.

We have lived and 3 different apartments here, and even though sometimes the quality of the apartments could be improved (which it will be, because they are renovating) I can confidently say that I love this place, and would recommend it to anyone.

We've been living here for 4 years now and love the community. We've transferred a few times from units during the renovation process and the team in the office was very helpful in the time allowance to do so. Once most of the renovations were completed, the rent did go up a bit more than I was hoping for in one year, but it was manageable. We've never had a problem with maintenance and they have always come quickly when needed, which thankfully isn't that often.
