The apartments are large and all remodeled. they always have get togethers for their tenants. Safe place to live.

I have lived at The Girard at Cherry Hills for almost 1 years now and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, management listens to resident concerns and handles situations appropriately, and maintenance gets things done in a timely manner. If you have kids, then this is a great place to be because of good schools. This is in zone with cherry creek school district which is one of the best in the state. Many families with little kids stay here and the Romans park just a minute walk behind the complex.

We have been here a year this month and just signed another year lease. Overall our experience has been good. We have never had problems with lost packages, management is quick to send text and email when packages arrive to the office. Spacious layouts, open floor plan. Big kitchen area! And they give first responders, nurses included, a discount!
I've lived here for a year & a half now. The staff has always been prompt & professional and are quick to respond to any needs I might have. The landscaping and layout are lovely, it's like a calm oasis in the middle of a city!
I’ve lived here for 1.5 years great place to live, pet friendly and staff is very helpful. Romans park is behind the complex and many shops near by.
