Auf Empfehlung einer Kollegin mal bestellt und sehr enttäuscht über die Qualität. Die Lacke sehen anders aus bei mir (nicht so transparent wie bei ihr) und es sind darin ausgehärtete Stücke. Der Top Coat härtet nicht immer aus und der Kundenservice ist frech. Insgesamt ungenügend und nicht mehr interessant dort zu bestellen.

Horrific experience after paying extra for fast delivery and it not being shipped. I only got through to someone after 5 emails, two failed attempts at the live chat and 2 phone calls. The customer service was SHOCKING, my emails would be responded with automated responses, and another one saying my enquiry would be closed… for what reason? Have used their products for a while with little issues. I tried to put an order through and tried ALL their payment methods, PayPal, PayPal pay later, klarna, google pay, Apple Pay, direct card details. None of it worked. I wasted 3 hours in total because of this. I tried both desktop and mobile, I tried both chrome and Firefox.
