Great Furniture, Fits all you need. Great shower and bath. The manager is great, The cleaner regularly changes the towels dayly and great service! Seen other reviews, this hotel is No1 when it comes to a stay at Stevenage close to weather spoons and tesco
front desk and cleaner ladies are very rude, take personal items, cleaner moans and tells you to clean your own room, holes and rips in the bedsheets, bedbugs ect.. front desk calls late at night asking if theres anyone in your room to then say shes joking around causing stress. you can hear everything from people walking up and down the hallways to speaking in their own rooms. when you book in you have to call 200 so the lady comes from her house to book you in, shes weird and controlling. also pubes on the bedsheets. the s... read more
Just back from a pleasant stay in The Gate Hotel Stevenage Location was 30 minutes from London. Train station is 10 minutes from hotel. It's in central Stevenage placed between old town and new town. Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Price very reasonable. Would recomend, should go back
