We have just had the most fantastic weekend away. This place is an absolute gem of a find. Perfect location, Stuart and Evie are lovely people who can't do enough for you. Room was really good two bottles of wine in the room when we got there lovely touch. Bed is really comfortable small fridge in there too bonus. Great view of the Cobb and the beach, 2 minutes walk and you are on the beach or a few more and in the town. We used to stay in the town until we had to start to take our dogs on holiday so we had to find somewhere else and how lucky we were to find The Garrat B&B, fabulous location right by the sea in the heart of the seafront, lovely room with everything one could want AND two complimentary bottles of wine on arrival !!....Stuart and Evie are so welcoming and friendly and made everything that much better, thank you both for another wonderful stay, see you next year all being well !!!...Richard & Lesley..Bertie & Bessie...

What a great find this was, Stuart and Evie were very welcoming and Jumble the dog was equally enthusiastic to see us arrive. The location is brilliant, just behind the Cobb Arms so only about 100 yards from the Cobb itself. The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable, you get a good view of the harbour from the window in the room which is a real bonus.
