I've been loyal to The Gallery for 10 years. The past couple of colours I havent been happy, and my colourist was not receptive to this. I explained this to my hairdresser, and in response to my concern she said how this "happens every time" I come and get my hair done with her, and suggested I go and find another stylist. I then didn't feel comfortable explaining why I wasn't happy with my hair (which wasn't cheap), or to go back to have it corrected.
