The staff have been kind to my mum who has picks disease and have been very helpful and accommodating to me
My daughter had a terrible experience with a mental health practitioner. She was not sympathetic at all didn’t really show any empathy. Her advice was basically read from a script. My daughter came out in tears.
This service is abhorent. Started off at C and E centre then moved to this lot. Every phone call asked.'what can we do to help you " even if in a.mental crisis..If you ask what they can do they.answer with another question.. Even before 5pm they say ring.NHS option 2.
