Really good food, excellent service, and ambience! We are staying locally, and were recommended by our hosts to book The Fox and Goose for dinner. I had the Prawn Cocktail followed by steak and ale pie, which were both very good! My wife had the fish stew, which she also really enjoyed. We enjoyed our evening and food so much that we have booked a table again for tomorrow night, and will definitely be back again for dinner a few times during our stay.

We had a wonderful, comfortable weekend at the Fox & Goose. Craig & Aiden were such great hosts, couldn't do more for us. Our room was very clean with pretty cotton bed linen & a large shower room The food was superb! Great choices on the menu with good sized portions. Great central location for walks, beaches & rock pooling. 1/2 hour from everything. We can't think of a single flaw! Even our dog was happy! Thank you so much Craig & Aiden!
Wir waren eine Nacht im Fox and Goose während unserer Wanderung auf dem Coast Path. Die Unterkunft ist super! Sehr sauber und sehr schön. Man kommt mit dem Bus gut hin und weg. Das Frühstück (eines der besten auf unserer Tour)und auch das Abendessen (nicht nur sehr fein auch sehr schön an zu sehen)sind richtig Klasse! Die Unterkunft, sowie das Essen kann man nur Empfehlen!
5 stars isn’t enough. My dad and myself stayed at the Fox and Goose for 4 Nights whilst walking a section of the coastal path. Our stay was perfect. Craig and Aiden were absolutely fantastic hosts and clearly go above and beyond to make sure all their guests are comfortable. The breakfasts are truly phenomenal (expect to be filled up!) and I seriously recommend eating in the evening too as this was similarly fantastic - we had the pappardelle but would have been more than happy eating anything that came out of the kitchen th... read more
