I have eaten here twice, and the food is fabulous, but both times the service hasn't been great. First time they tried to serve our mains before we had even had our starters. We even chased the food as we had been waiting ages. The apologies were very sincere and the staff lovely. Yesterday we went for brunch. We were the only 5 people in the restaurant. Incredible value for money. Clean establishment with excellent staff. The breakfast is superb, cooked and served to perfection. None of that buffet breakfast malarkey here. Top quality ingredients and staff, other more expensive establishments need to take note. I heartily recommend this place for dinner also. If you're in the area don't waste time and money staying anywhere else.

Stayed with our elderly parents for one night it was great. We couldn’t fault anything . The bedrooms were spotlessly clean. The staff very professional and friendly. The food V good and brekkie was amazing .. thank you will definitely visit again

Yesterday, Sunday, i travelled from London for a friends birthday party at The Fox. The event was lovely but the roast dinner was partially inedible. The Yorkshire pudding was the color of chocolate and the roast potatoes were so hard to cut. I think they had been cooked much earlier and kept hot. The other vegeta les came separately and were freshly cooked. I didn’t feel i could draw this to your attention without spoiling the party. Your staff were charming. The food was such a disappointment.
