Only popped in for a drink. Saw lots of lovely looking food delivered to peoples tables and made me hungry. Ended up ordering food myself. Bloody glad I did.- Lovely !!! Great atmosphere, location and service. 10/10 to the chef. I’ll be back. Thank you.
Absolutely shocking service from the actual landlord himself - I asked for a pint of Inch's and he poured me one of two products they sell (of which I had no idea about the 2nd) - I said sorry but I wanted that one (pointing) and he said "You asked for Inch's and you got Inch's!" - I said "But I didn't want the one you poured" - he said "You didn't ask for the other option!" - I said "Well I didn't ask for this option either" - at which point he took away the drinks poured and I walked out, no raised voices, no swearing - he... read more
Excellent food, friendly atmosphere, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend. Will definitely be returning.
Not many pubs doing food on Saturday evening in Oakhampton so it was a nice find to have dinner at such a lovely place. The menu is varied, and the meal came well presented. I would like to see more Ales on sale but on the whole it was a nice meal.
