As a replica of Bent's Fort, it's a cultural crossroads on the historic Santa Fe Trail. This area institution, which has been reviewed in the New York Times, serves up southwestern fare to everyone from lounging locals to heads of state including President Clinton during 1997's economic summit. Scrumptious servings of buffalo and elk tantalize the tongue. More traditional fare like salmon, filet mignon and even a vegetarian plate is also available. Open Monday to Friday at 5:30pm and at 5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Recommendedif you're visiting Colorado this is another restaurant you have to go to. the food is great so is atmosphere and it's a really neat experience if you're going to be in Colorado for a while. or even just passing through. you will be so glad you did.
Poor food, poor presentation, poor seating, overall poor experience. Very dissatisfied, will not return.
the lamb tbone was amazing as well as the house salad and dressing!
was very disappointed with the meal. Serving corn on the cob, REALLY!!! For the price should of been broccoli, cauliflower something up scale. NOT CORN ON THE COB👎 I wasnt eating at Golden Coral. Where you can eat more relaxed. JUST SAYING! VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL 👏🙏
Rehearsal dinner here was so fun.
Fantastic place to dine. My wife and I went there for our anniversary and our servers Lynn and Linda were impeccably good at what they do. Great experience!!
