Deeply unhappy with the service and experience at this venue. I paid for a 2 week trail which cost me £40 and I was promised a refund as the gym shut. It has been over 2 months and I have not heard back from the team or received my money - feel like I’ve been scammed. Sort it out please .

Are you ever going to tell people why the venue got shut down? I don’t really care - I owe my landlord £30K, it’s more just so weird that there didn’t seem to be any notice but with me I get loads and loads of notice of multiple months for when I’m going to have bailiffs come. The management and staff at this venue are just another example of the avoidant, irresponsible and dissociative nature of the performative wellness lifestyle movement. After attempting to attend an afternoon yin class on a Sunday, not a single light on or staff member present. I called the next day to see what had happened, there was ZERO accountability or sincere remorse, just an Explanation the teacher was late / your typical avoidance and deflection from poorly trained staff with x zero customer service ability.
