Very professional service from Douglas. I’ve been struggling with some issues whilst running, Douglas did a gait analysis and identified some imbalances in my legs. Supplied with specialist insoles which have made a real difference in addressing my issues. Douglas followed up with ensuring the fit was exact and made sure I was comfortable with the insoles in my footwear. Thanks.
After three appointments my son’s verrucas had gone! This was with excellent treatment and after care advice. On the fourth appointment they had gone! My son being especially nervous and with it being painful at certain points with the treatment. We are hoping that they don’t come back, but if they do we would go back straight away. Thank you!

Can't recommend Douglas at The Footstore Falkirk, highly enough. After putting up with severe foot pain for long enough, caused by Planter Fasciitis. I eventually made an appointment with Douglas, as my Wife had attended The Footstore previously. Within days of receiving painless laser treatment, I was feeling the results, amazing.
