I have worked with Wayne for some time - and I'm still learning! Every workout is different; just when I think I've got the hang of something a new challenge is introduced. Wayne is professional, knowledgeable and caring - he will test your limits, encourage you to push beyond them but never make you uncomfortable (challenged and exhausted, yes; never uncomfortable!) Wayne flexes his approach to a range of different clients and is always respectful. I thoroughly recommend The Fitness Academy.

Wayne is an outstanding trainer and a really great guy. He is an expert at what he does and never fails to give a good workout....I would not hesitate to recommend him or The Fitness Academy to anyone.

I’ve had a few personal trainers in the past and Wayne is by far the best. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he really does care about his clients and their progress. I’m so pleased I have found such a great trainer - cant recommend him enough.
