We spent last weekend celebrating with a group of friends at the Firs. The location and accommodation are absolutely lovely and our friends were very impressed by the beautiful setting and range of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces to gather and relax. We made pizzas in the wood fired oven, grilled local steaks over the firepit and feasted in the glorious old barn which Alison and Amy had kindly (& tastefully) decorated with meadow flowers and bunting - it was very, very special. My friends booked this amazing place for my hen weekend and it was beyond our expectations. The lodges are themselves all unique and beautifully built and every detail has been thought through. The small touches in each of them made it relaxing, cosy, and really comfortable (beds, pillows, bedding all so comfortable, we all slept amazingly). Came here for an organised hen weekend and didn't want to leave! We had the whole venue for the weekend as we all stayed in each sleeping room and there wasn't a negative word from the whole party. Rooms were comfy and clean, kitchen stocked with some basics. And had such a wide range of extra stuff to do! Would deffinately recommend as a group stay to do or even a little get away as a smaller party.
Had the best stay at Firs Lodges, such a lovely little break with the hot tub and the pizza oven made it for us! Thank you
