Purchased a necklace for my mother's 60th birthday for nearly £300. Received an email as confirmation of purchase. No further updates received. Sent an email for an update on when the necklace would be out for delivery and no reply. Called twice for an update to be told they can only take my number and pass it on for a call back, they dont know anything about the actual business/products. Ordered a couple of items as Christmas presents. Unfortunately they got stuck and seemingly lost with Royal Mail. The items were now out of stock but a refund processed very promptly. Can’t give 5 stars as never received the items but very happy with the service and resolving the issue.

She was so patient and persistent in making sure every detail matched the vision I had in mind, and the final result was beyond what I could have hoped for. She even went above and beyond in a few areas, which made the whole experience even more special. If you’re looking to bring your bespoke ideas to life, I couldn’t recommend The Fine Jewellery company enough.
