In the good beer guide but not a pub no seating for drinking set up for dinning Retired to the garden only to be consumed by the stagnant smell of the brook and the traffic whizzing past on the road. If you are looking for an ambient traditional pub try somewhere else
Went to Sturminster Newton, asked around for the best place for lunch, was told more than once to go to The Fiddleford Inn. So glad we did , excellent Burger, and fantastic Ploughman's. Great service, and lovely atmosphere.
Went there for a drop in evening meal. Lovely food and such a nice pub.
Great atmosphere. Went to watch a band who were playing in the beer garden. Really enjoyed it.
