Poor customer service/relationship. Did not follow up after receiving requested documents. Could not remember the process of the loan. He asked to find a particular kind of home and when found there was no reply. The homes I picked ended up being bought by someone else due to prolonged feedback. It would have been better if he told me I was not approved for me to move on. He also claims some documents I sent were not received. It took almost a year with zero results.
