My experience with the Federal Savings Bank in our refinancing experiencing was comforting at a time in which "comfort" is difficult to find. Grant and his associates made sure I was informed, prepared, and assisted in every step of the process. They were advocates for the success of my application and without them we would not have the big smiles underneath our masks!!! This experience was a positive light in the midst of so much grayness - so blessed to have had this opportunity!

Our loan was not closed as quickly as we had anticipated due to some issues with some of our credit and a few changes we requested along the way. Austin Downs was our banker after a while into my loan process. He is extremely knowledgeable in the loan industry and helped me every step of the way by educating me about what was going on at the time.
