I think that if I was able to take that Framework Home ownership course at the starting of the process, I would have understood better how things worked. Since it was my first experience with a mortgage loan, I was a bit confused and overwhelmed and did not understood a lot of things but during the course I started to see much clearly how the process worked. I was notify by the Federal Savings Bank by mail stating that I could have my PMI removed. I was hesitate to call but glad I did. I was able to remove my PMI, consolidate my debit as well as lowering my mortgage payments.. Ivan and his team were very responsive to all of our questions, processed our paperwork expeditiously, set realistic time frames and communicated any changes or new requirements to us in a timely manner. From application to closing, the process was smooth and we were well informed of our options along the way. This really great experience began when I received a Completion Notice indicating that our VA Loan waiting period had been completed as of January, 2021. So we decided to contact TFSB and about our loan. This led us to John **********, VP with your company.
