Recently refinanced with them and the whole process was smooth and simple. Was able to lock in a 2.25% APR down from my current 3.125% and save myself about $400/month so I’m super excited about that!

Swamping me with junk mail. 2 in one day, 3 or 4 a week. The more junk mail I receive from a vendor, the less chance I will do business with them. Leave me alone.

If I can give them negative stars I would. I started the process of purchasing a home in November, it is now February and I’ve backed out of the deal, due to lack of professionalism. There was plenty errors being made, poor communication and etc. They made an already stressful situation even more stressful. I truly would not recommend them to anyone.

Nicholas Sasse is the greatest to work with on Refinancing my house. He made the process very easy from beginning to end.
Timothy Delaney did a great job.He was knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and great at explaining everything each step of the way.He explained when there could be a hiccup in the process and how we would get through them before they happened. When they happened, he kept on top of communications and kept me comfortable with the process. I would definitely recommend The Federal Savings Bank for a home mortgage refinance because of my interactions with Timothy.
The banker and support staff were professional, pleasant and helpful throughout the process.
Vanessa and her team worked tirelessly to assist with all my home buying needs from start to finish. She communicated well and was always available letting me know where we were in the process step by step. She was very knowledgeable in regards to all my questions and concerns along the way.
