He was patient in guiding me through all the email and electronic processes necessary in todays business world. received the lowest interest rate allowed by law. I got what I was looking for. You can't beat that.
Matt is a knowledgeable banker, friendly and always available; the process was smooth and took just about 2 months (my previous re-finance took about 6 months); I got the best available rate.
