Reasons the this the federal savings bank will never have my business. Mortgage banker *** ***** was arrogant, too aggressive and is unbelievably disrespectful. First of all did not reach out to this company they called me while I was working. The phone number displayed as scam possibly. I have never even heard of this company. *** *****/ the federal savings bank reached out to me trying to refinance my house using the federal savings bank without a request. I cannot say enough great things about how she handled this process with me. ******** explained things in a way I could understand, was always available for questions, and made the process pain free even when we hit bumps in the road. I will always recommend ******** to everyone and anyone. She is the person to go to!
