I tried to refinance with this bank and they charged me $495 for an appraisal that wasnt done due to the lender just outright assuming my property wouldnt appraise for what he thinks. So they refunded only ****** claiming they charged me for under writing fees. How the h*** it made it to underwriting when we didnt even get an appraisal is beyond me. No one is trying to refund the rest of my money. Why do I have to pay for something that was never disclosed would be a fee?? I never signed anything stating I would have to pay ... read more

I do not recommend this bank to anyone. They have had my paperwork for a month and a half. Charged me 219 dollars just so it can go to underwriting it took underwriting about 3 weeks to respond only to give me a conditional approval with more documents to be turned in. All was turned in then they wanted me to call some company ******to confirm my mortgage with my mortgage company on the phone which I did. Then they said they need to send my mortgage company a mortgage payment history affidavit which they had already. My mort... read more
