All I can say is DO NOT waste your time with The Federal Savings Bank. We filled out a general form to refinance our VA home loan with cash out options. We received several calls about getting us what we needed. ************************* from The Federal Savings Bank had a lot of knowledge at the time and pretty much sold us on going with him, so we did. I received a letter from this company with an offer to refinance my house. Just like everyone else in the current economy we were struggling and I'm a veteran.
