I am on the tail end of my closing and am happy to say my wife and I have an excellent interest and APR rate now. Although we were not able to have the Appraisal we were expecting, we are able to use our equity to ensure to value is raised to our expectation and comfort. The Federal Savings Bank was very clear and concise in every communication and timely on every interaction including closing for us. I would highly recommend them for any VA and other home Loan.
Working with **** was great! Made the process very smooth and kept us updating almost everyday with where we were at in the process and what we were waiting on. Communication was awesome. Anytime we had questions, **** provided us with answers including articles and links that helped explain in further detail. Really made us feel at ease as first time home buyers! Let me just say ******************************* is top notch. Was in the middle of a refinance with another lender when i received a call from ****. I wasn't interested in talking with anyone else but he changed my mind. Told me he would take care of me and it would be worry free. Skeptical at first but **** was true to his word. If you're in the process or even remotely thinking about refinance **** is the guy to go to.

I am a Realtor and an active real estate investor. Apart from dealing with numerous mortgages for my own properties, I've taken clients through hundreds of loans and loan applications over the past 25 years. This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. There was No followup. After a 4 month review and processing period, we finally got an appraisal back.
