Outstanding service, great communications throughout and very pleased.******** (with First Federal Bank) exceeded my expectations. He was there to guide me along the way for the whole process. Outstanding Team of bankers working hard from start to finish and in a timely matter. I plan on refinancing with them in a few years as well.
From the first phone conversation with our lender to the date of closing was a smooth easy process and the communication the team provided us was nothing short of excellent! Submitting documents was really easy and we were able to sign all the closing documents right in our own home. We loved working with this company and we had great people working with us from start to finish!
Props to *****and *****and the rest of their team who may have helped me. I didn't ding them in this review. Just because my stress level was off the roof I did not have the best time going through the mortgage process.
