They called me, I don't know how they got my number. After asking to not be contacted the opposite happened. I started getting more calls. Outstanding handling of my mortgage. It was handled so well and every step was guided and all my questions where answered in a pleasant way. No question is a dumb question. From beginning to end I was guided.As a veteran I was I really appreciated the continuing coordination that was given to my mortgage package. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and judged by your VP *****************************. His treatment had a discrimination tone all over it. We had such a great experience with **** and his team. Not only was their rate the best, their customer service was amazing. We knew what was going on at each step in the process and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
Absolute worst experience Ive had with regards to loans. I was refinancing with this company and at first had frequent updates and deadlines. A month and a half in and I barely get responses from my mortgage banker (about a week in between initial contact and its always him answering my call) and the deadlines Im given are always so far off from what was given (was told I would receive the final paperwork on Monday and its Saturday with no sign of paperwork).
