**** ******** was great the entire time throughout this process. We had a somewhat tricky situation and he always communicated everything and was available to discuss any questions whenever I needed. He gave us options and we were able to navigate through this process with ease. Any time we would receive documents to sign, he called us to discuss and explain what we were signing. As a first time home buyer, i have heard a lot of dreary stories in regards to the Home buying process but ****** ****** and her team at the Federal Savings Bank, made the process so smooth it was fantastic! She broke down all the terms/contracts so an elementary student can understand and I felt she had our best interest at heart, from start to finish. Even the closing process was such a breeze! 10/10
Disorganized, does not follow up with customers properly. **** to reach when needed. Started process in Jan, now its end of May with no **** results. Started out with a 2.25 lock rate, rates have increased and now in order to keep it I must pay over 4K in fees/points. Had a property in forbearance, they said they could help with ****, never saw a loan estimate even when I asked for it. I just refinanced my home through Federal Saving Bank, and it was the smoothest loan process I have been through, and *********, ***** **** was very helpful, and even patient with me when he had to keep explaining the same thing over and over. I will definitely recommend ***** and Federal Savings Bank to anyone looking for financing.
Unorganized as we called the bank on 6 different occasions for 6 different papers.When I would call the voicemail would be full.Was *** promptly responding to text messages.Would have other reps calling asking for a paper that was already submitted to him.Set up a notary date without notifying me and when I rearranged my day to accommodate, *** canceled.All around a poor experience and kept my $200 because we couldnt close on time when my loan was cleared for closing but because they couldnt meet the deadline.

I received a call from the Federal Saving Bank to refinance using the ***** program. Their initial proposal was a interest rate of 3.75, when I did not accept they offered me a 3.5 and I asked if I was paying points for this, they said no (but I was!). The said I had to pay a 219 dollar fee for closing costs, I asked if I would get that money back if I didn't close and they said I should be able to.
