Refinanced two mortgages into one. The process went smoothly and timely, closed on exact date. I would recommend them for refinancing in the future. I worked with a rep named A. Raineri whom answered all my questions and cordinated our closing process and answered all my questions and concerns.
Tamara and her team were patient and very helpful, answering all my questions and steering us through this process with professionalism.
I'm honestly disgusted with this company. I climbed through hoops with credit companies to reconcile incorrect reportings regarding a past mortgage. Then was denied anyway for a loan. Now, I've called a few different people beyond my "loan officer" to try to obtain our appraisal fee back. Still have no luck getting it back. We're just out $550.
