Nick does what he says. Got me an even lower rate than expected! Treated us with utmost respect, kept us in the loop, and gained our trust easily by consistently doing what he said he'd do. Federal Savings Bank was the epitome of "bait and switch" with regards to our application to refinance our mortgage. The entire process took over two and a half months with the final closing costs ending ten times more than what was promised. Communication was non-existent when we frequently inquired about the status of our loan. Loved working with Josh. He is easy to trust, provided great information and was very helpful in helping me understand the process. He also was great with details on what would work for me given my financial position. So glad Josh called me this last time, and will definitely seek him out the next time I have a mortgage need.
They use auto dialer services (3rd party) to cold call. I am tired of these unsolicited calls! Each time I receive one I will leave a complaint and hope others do as well. The original cold call message transferred me to a live agent with American Resource Center, who then prequalified me and transferred me to The Federal Savings Bank, where I was flipped to Brandon *****.
